A. About the Resort


1.	What are the standard check-in and check-out time?
	-	Check in time: 1400 hours.
	-	Check out time: 1100 hours.
	-	Late check out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of contract rates, subject to room availability.


2.	What the difference between the Standard, Deluxe and Honeymoon rooms?
	-	Honeymoon Room has ethnic furniture offering a distinctive romantic ambience with either a king or queen bed, attached bathroom with hot shower, air-con and balcony. Located on the second floor, the room offers unobstructed views of the beach and sea.
	-	Deluxe Room has modern furniture and has the amenities for a relaxed feel. Located on the second floor, both Sea View and Side-Sea View rooms are available with either a king or queen bed, air-con, attached bathroom with hot shower and balcony. Some of these rooms offer the most breathtaking views available in the resort.
	-	Standard Room has basic furniture but offers two queen beds with air-con, attached bathroom with hot shower. Located on the ground and first floor, the Sea View and Side-Sea View room offers convenience and comfort. Rooms on the first floor had a balcony whilst the ground floor rooms have a small private patio directly accessible into the garden especially convenient to get to the beach.


3.	Do you charge for beach towels?
	-	Beach towels are chargeable at RM5.00 per towel. Room towels are not allowed on the beach.


4.	Do we need adaptors or transformers for our electrical devices?
	-	If you are from Asians countries, adaptors or transformer are not needed but advisable to carry with you as some electrical voltage may differ. In Malaysia, the electricity runs on 240 volts with 50 Hz system.


5.	Does the Resort provide any option on island hopping tour?
	-	Yes. we arrange island hoping to Redang, Lang Tengah Island etc.
	-	Yes. we arrange island hoping to Redang, Lang Tengah Island etc.
	-	We also offer sunset cruise.


6.	What activities are available at the BuBu Long Beach?
	-	Sn0rkeling, scuba diving, sunset cruise, canoeing, jungle trekking, rock climbing, squid jiggling, open beach massage, beach volley etc.


7.	What type of food is served at the BuBu Long Beach?
	-	We serve Local, Thai and Western cuisine. BBQ is offered nightly at the SANTAI Restaurant.
	-	The MAHI-MAHI restaurant offers Buffet food for Breakfast, Lunch, Tea and Dinner and BBQ.
	-	The SANTAI offers A la carte meals throughout.
	-	The Island TIKI Bar by the beach serves a variety of fresh juices and beverages. Wines are also available.

A. Room Reservation


1.	Is there any package arrangement?
	-	Yes. Kindly refer to this link.


2.	How many persons (adult and/or child) are allowed in a room?
	-	Standard Room comfortably 4 adult or 2 adult + 2 children.
	-	Deluxe Room comfortably 2 adult.


3.	How long will it take the Hotel to respond to my reservation request?
	-	Within 24 hours.


4.	How do I change or cancel my reservation?
	-	Through telephone, fax or e-mail. Please specify your confirmation number or name according to the Reservation Form.


5.	What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?
	-	Cancellation and revision of booking may be made in writing or by telephone. The following charges will apply:-
	a.	Deposit payment non-refundable.
	b.	14 days prior to departure : 50% of total cost.
	c.	05 days prior to departure : 80% of total cost.
	d.	Less than 05 days prior to departure : 100% of total cost.

	-	For Room bookings only, no-show guest will be charged one night's room rate.


6.	Once I have made my reservation, will I receive any confirmation from the Hotel?
	-	Yes. We will e-mail or fax the confirmation within 24 hours.


7.	How far ahead should I make the reservations?
	-	As early as possible, rooms first come first serve basis.

	-	By Air, by coach, by railway or BuBu private van transfer. Please click here.


2.	Should we flight to Kuala Terengganu or Kota Bahru?
	-	Either to Kota Bharu or Kuala Terengganu Airport.
	-	Kota Bharu Airport is recommended as the journey to Kuala Besut Jetty is shorter.


3.	At what time should we reach the Jetty to catch the boat on time?
	-	Please make sure that you reach the jetty 30minutes before.


4.	What is your boat timing?
	-	Kuala Besut Jetty – Long Beach : 10:00am / 01:00pm & 5:00pm
	-	Long Beach – Kuala Besut Jetty : 08:00am / 11:00am & 4:00pm


5.	Does BuBu offer transfer services?
	-	Yes, We offer “ meet & greet” van service at the airport.
	-	We also offer our land transfer “ home pick up and drop off” van services from Kuala Lumpur/ Klang Valley to Kuala Besut jetty.
