BuBu Long Beach, on beautiful Perhentian Island, Malaysia, was delighted to launch its new Japanese restaurant, Sho Doh, in 2015.
Sho Doh is not just any Japanese restaurant. It is a real Japanese restaurant from top to tail: from the traditional Japanese décor of our comfortable air-conditioned premises; to the authentic Japanese dishes on offer on our menu; and, probably most important of all, to our chef, specially brought in from Japan.
To start your meal, why not try some of our Zensai Appetizers or Yasai Salads? Follow this up with our Ramen Noodles, or one of the wide selection of meat, seafood, fish or vegetable dishes from our Teppanyaki Grill. Alternatively, or as well, sample the chicken, fish and vegetable delights from our Yakitori Barbecue. Then round the whole thing off with one of our genuine Japanese Kanbutsu Desserts.
As you would expect, Sho Doh’s drinks are also authentically Japanese. We have a range of sakes on offer to stimulate your palate, either before, during or after your meal. Want something simpler and more refreshing? We also have crisp cool Japanese beer.
Finally, while Sho Doh’s interior will beckon you in with its cosy traditional Japanese ambiance, we recognise that some guests may want to savour the atmosphere and fine views on offer outside, particularly in the cool of the evening. Do not worry: Sho Doh also has a terrace, looking right onto fabulous Long Beach and the South China Sea beyond, where you can equally enjoy our selection of fine Japanese food and drinks.
